    1,010 AED for lease-to-own discharge + 550 AED (for apartment or villa) or 410 AED (for land)

Required Documents for LLC Companies

LLC companies must submit:

  • Original Title Deed

  • Original passport, visa, and Emirates ID

  • Original bank release letter for lease-to-own or finance release
    Land Department Fees:

Required Documents for Free Zone Companies

Free Zone companies have a few additional requirements:

  • Original Title Deed

  • Original Release Lease to Own Letter from bank

  • Original passport, visa, Emirates ID of seller and buyer

  • NOC from the developer

  • MOU sale agreement from broker (optional)

  • Incorporation Certificate

  • Updated Incumbency or Share Certificate (issued within the last 6 months)

  • Shareholders’ passport copies or Emirates ID

  • Board Resolution or Power of Attorney

  • All MOA

  • Seller’s manager cheque
    Land Department Fees:
    1,010 AED + 550 AED (apartment/villa) or 410 AED (land)
